One Spark

Good Morning Minds,

Another one on creativity, it’s been my current contemplation.

I was sitting still yesterday, trying not to think. All of a sudden, an idea rocketed into my mind.

From there, I couldn’t help but follow it until the spark faded.

Then I wondered, is following every thought productive or distracting?

Maybe valuable creativity requires strict selection and the ability to identify and ignore thoughts that aren’t worth following.
